• Proven experience in building maintenance and HVAC systems.
• Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and F-GAS 2079 CAT1.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding.
• Adjust BMS systems to rectify temperature issues.
• Engage with stakeholders for diagnostics and repairs.

Purpose of Role

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Mon - Fri 7.30am – 4.30pm

Location: Reading + surrounding area

Job Description

We are looking for an Air Conditioning engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure.
2. Rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
3. Complete mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc.
4. Carry out minor installation work.
5. Engage with stakeholders providing fault diagnostics where necessary.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

1. Proven building maintenance experience.
2. Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
3. F-GAS 2079 CAT1.
4. Ability to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders, and in MEWPs.
5. Ability to work with and control the CAFM system via iPad.
