Caterlink is hiring a Relief ChefManager to provide cover in Essex and Kent. This mobile role is term-time only with no weekends and requires your own transport. Role details include 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and mileage is paid at 30p per mile.

You will prepare, cook and present meals to Caterlink standards and ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental compliance at each location. You will support day-to-day operations, supervise teams, manage inventories and monitor

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
