Caterlink Ltd is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to cover Cambridge in a mobile role, term-time only with no weekends, and you must have your own transport. The role pays £15 per hour for 32.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• To ensure that locations meet statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures.
• To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
