Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to provide cover in the Stroud area. The role is term-time only with no weekends, and it is mobile, so you will need your own transport. The position offers 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 38 weeks per year.

Your duties include preparing, cooking and presenting food to Caterlink and client standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting day-to-day location operations, including inventories and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meet statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
