Job summary

EQUANS is recruiting a Mobile Regional Technical Supervisor to manage a team across the Central Belt between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The role combines office duties with hands-on field work, totaling 40 hours per week, with a company vehicle included in the package.

You will oversee technicians and a risk assessor, review PPMs and safety visits, and ensure timely, accurate job sheets and logs. A valid UK driving licence is essential for site travel and site-based checks.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification in a mechanical discipline.
• Post-qualification experience in mechanical services or building services.
• Valid driving licence and ability to pass a DS standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and a risk assessor.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and safety visits.
• Review job sheets for accuracy, procurement and quotations.
• Coordinate Helpdesk calls and allocate to site engineers.
• Ensure L8 log books are up to date and compliant.
