Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to provide hands-on technical support across multiple contracts in the UK, with national travel. The role focuses on coaching Mobile Engineers, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of M&E services, and driving engineering standards regionally.

You will audit, assist in planning critical works, and support performance improvements while maintaining program compliance and client communications. UK travel required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in M&E Building Services.
• HNC/HND or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and engineering best practice.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and support engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to Mobile Engineers and Contract Managers.
• Conduct on‑site supervision and problem solving for critical works.
• Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities and asset performance.
