Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to lead a Midlands-based team across multiple sites, including Birmingham and Stoke-on-Trent. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a company vehicle and benefits.

You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, conduct audits, manage quotes, and drive safety and quality standards on site. Candidates should hold C&G Electrical Installation Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition, and 2391, with supervisor experience and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• This role requires a supervisory background with an electrical/mechanical skillset.
• Must hold C&G Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition and 2391 testing and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 engineers plus subcontractors and manage multiple sites.
• Coordinate audits, quotes, and staff training to raise standards.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and act as escalation point.
• Plan absences and rota coverage and participate in on-call rota.
