Job summary

Selwood Ltd is seeking a Mobile Fitter to join our Birmingham branch and cover the surrounding region. The role focuses on mechanical pump maintenance at customer sites and within the branch, with safety as a priority and regular vehicle defect reporting.

Base salary is £38,515 with potential earnings up to £48,007, including overtime, call-out payments and allowances. A full UK driving licence is required and opportunities for development and long-term career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence (6 points or less)

Responsibilities

• Carry out Mechanical Pump Maintenance at customer sites
• Complete daily vehicle defect reports to ensure safety
• Keep branch and vehicles clean and well maintained
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers and translate information into practical solutions
