Job summary

Selwood Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Fitter to join the Liverpool-based team, covering the surrounding region. The role involves pump maintenance at the branch and at customer sites, with an on-call rota that offers enhanced payments and overtime.

Please note the position includes a base salary and potential allowances; overtime and call-outs are explained during interview. Training and development are encouraged to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with engines or mechanical engineering background beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work safely with emphasis on PPE requirements.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
• Obtain site signatures/names for task processing.
• Maintain housekeeping of work areas and vehicles.
• Complete daily vehicle defect reports for safety.
• Carry out tasks per instructions and training in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
