Selwood Limited is seeking a Mobile Fitter for our Edinburgh branch, covering the surrounding region. You will perform mechanical pump maintenance at customer sites, with standby rota and attractive overtime payments. The base salary is £38,515, with potential earnings up to £44,824, plus overtime and call-out allowances.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with engines or mechanical engineering background.
• Experience in plant environments, on-site with customers and in workshops is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence (6 points or less).

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical pump maintenance at customer sites and in-branch as needed.
• Work safely with PPE and follow company policies.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers and obtain site signatures.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete daily vehicle defect reports.
• Attend to tasks promptly as instructed or through training.
