Job summary

Kier Group invites applications for a Mobile Plumber to join our FM Hard Services team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in South London and Kent. You will work across multiple sites, performing plumbing and mechanical maintenance, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and minor installations, plus building strong client relationships and maintaining subcontractor

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in mobile building maintenance or FM environments.
• Strong plumbing skills including maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installations in commercial properties.
• Understanding of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites with excellent customer service and communication.
• Hold a full driving licence and comply with health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled plumbing and mechanical maintenance across client sites.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults.
• Undertake maintenance, repair and minor installations on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, site staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure works comply with health, safety and environmental procedures and complete necessary documentation.
