Job summary
Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Plumber) to join our Kent-based maintenance team. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across Ebbsfleet, Ashford, West Malling, Snodland and surrounding areas, delivering a first-class service to our tenants.
A valid UK driving licence is required as a company vehicle is provided.
Qualifications
- Plumber with skills in other trades.
- UK driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
- Cover Ebbsfleet, Ashford, West Malling, Snodland and surrounding areas in Kent.
- Deliver a first-class service with good customer care and meet deadlines.
