Job summary

Kier Group is recruiting a Plumber to join our FM Hard Services team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across South London and Kent. You will work on plumbing and mechanical systems across multiple commercial sites, carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and small installations.

The role requires the ability to work independently across sites, strong customer service, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile building maintenance or FM environment.
• Strong plumbing experience with maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations.
• Able to work across multiple sites and manage workload.
• Full driving licence required.
• Commitment to health and safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities across multiple client sites, ensuring works are completed to contractual requirements
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs in a timely manner
• Undertaking maintenance, repair and minor installation works on plumbing systems, pipework, sanitaryware, pumps, valves and associated mechanical equipment
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, site representatives and subcontractors
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety and environmental procedures, completing risk assessments and associated documentation
