Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a confident Parking Patrol Officer to cover multiple sites around Windsor, Chessington, Leatherhead and neighbouring towns. This is a full-time 40-hour week role requiring a full UK driving licence and a smart, professional appearance.

You will conduct security patrols, monitor car parks, issue Penalty Notices when needed, assist customers, and report incidents. A company vehicle is provided to travel between sites; shifts include some evenings and weekends on a

Responsibilities

Conduct security patrols and ensure they are recorded as per client instructions.
Ensure procedures for issuing Penalty Notices are followed.
Report identified criminal activity following company procedures.
Complete relevant documentation accurately and on time.
Operate and maintain parking control equipment as needed.
Regulate entry and exit of vehicles at the car park.
Monitor car park appearance and maintain company standards.
Check car parks for cleanliness and take corrective action.
Report evidence of substance abuse.
Ensure parking enforcement is properly recorded and reported.
Report and record faults following correct procedures.
Assist customers in distress or requiring other assistance.
Monitor activity to deter criminal activity and undertake car park foot patrols.
Ensure all vehicles have paid the required charges.
