Horizon Parking Ltd in Watford is seeking a reliable Mobile Patrol Officer to cover Watford and surrounding areas. You will work 40 hours across five days, with some weekend shifts, and must meet Highway Code eyesight and number plate reading requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Good verbal and listening communication skills.
• Effective time management and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from allocated sites within visit cycles.
• Patrol and monitor car parks, keeping areas tidy and professional.
• Issue Parking Charge Notices when required, following signage and terms.
• Check parking equipment is functioning and restock tickets where needed.
• Perform maintenance or minor repairs on machines and kiosks.
• Improve accessibility for all site users and manage misuse of facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as required.
• Follow health and safety policies and work practices.
• Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
