CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to cover St.Albans, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Berkhamsted and Northwood. The role focuses on electrical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services with key responsibilities in risk management and PM improvements.

The ideal candidate will have an apprenticeship, city and guilds qualifications, and experience with 3-phase systems, hydraulic/pneumatic tooling, PLC diagnostics and contractor supervision.

Competenze

• A recognised or time served apprenticeship is required.
• NVQ Level 2 in electrical or mechanical trades is preferred.
• City & Guilds 17th Edition electrical qualifications are expected.

Mansioni

• Identify and manage risks to on-site equipment; update drawings and PM schedules.
• Utilise new equipment/tech to maintain production; liaise with client on PM requests.
• Fault find on various machinery; support Health and Safety initiatives.
• Write and follow Risk Assessments; be available to address issues.
• Complete documentation per regulatory and client requirements.
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V; service motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Use CAFM to plan and record works; coordinate with site services for building issues.
• Be the go-to person, deputise the Shift Leader during absences; OT may be required.
