Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team. This mobile role covers Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Wallingford, Newbury and Thatcham sites, performing Electrical and Building Services maintenance.

You will fault find, update drawings, write risk assessments, and support health and safety while liaising with site services. Overtime, nights and weekend work may be required. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across three-phase systems up to 440V and use of CAFM to plan

Qualifications

Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent electrical/mechanical training.
Experience in manufacturing maintenance and electrical qualifications.
Ability to supervise contractors and write method statements.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage risks on site through equipment; update drawings and identify critical spares.
Maintain production equipment and building services; implement prevention programs.
Fault finding on all types of machinery; support health and safety efforts.
Write and follow risk assessments and permits; plan work with CAFM system.
Work on three-phase systems up to 440V; operate motors, gearboxes, valves.
Liaise with onsite Site Services to resolve building services issues.
Be responsible for the department and deputise the Shift Leader as needed.
Occasional overtime, nights and weekends; perform ad hoc duties as required.
