Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to cover West London. The role focuses on electrical maintenance of plant, equipment and building services, with responsibilities spanning risk assessment, PM planning, and fault diagnosis.

The engineer will work 3-phase systems up to 440V, operate CAFM systems, and cooperate with site services to maintain safe, efficient operations. A recognised apprenticeship and City & Guilds qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Ability to fault find on diverse machinery and systems.
Ability to supervise contractors and write risk/method statements.
Experience with 3-phase motors, drives and inverters, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage site equipment risks, update drawings, and improve machinery performance.
Perform preventative maintenance and PM planning in coordination with clients.
Fault finding on all types of machinery and PLC diagnostics/repair.
Write and follow risk assessments and permits; maintain documentation to standards.
Liaise with site services to resolve building services issues and support the Shift Leader when required.
