Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to cover Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Wallingford, Newbury and Thatcham sites. The role focuses on Electrical Maintenance of plant, equipment and building services within a busy environment.

You will diagnose faults on three-phase systems up to 440V, manage risk assessments, support site services and mentor contractors while adhering to HSE standards and CMMS workflows.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship and strong maintenance experience
• Multi-skilled maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to fault find on PLCs and motors/inverters
• Experience supervising contractors on site
• Capability to write Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Ability to understand and write Permits

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to client through equipment on site; update drawings; identify critical spares; improve and implement PM program
• Use new equipment/technologies to maintain production; liaise with client for machinery PMs
• Fault find on all types of machinery
• Support others in Health and Safety within the department
• Write and follow Risk Assessments; be available to address issues
• Complete required documentation per rules and legislation
• Work on Three Phase Systems up to 440V
• Work with Motors, Gearboxes, Valves; hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Utilise mobile devices to project and complete works in CAFM system
• Plan daily work using email/calendars; coordinate with Site Services for building issues
• Act as department lead in absence of Shift Leader; overtime when required
• Perform adhoc duties as requested
