Job summary

Platform Property Care is seeking a skilled Multi Skill Carpenter to join our Responsive Repairs team in Birmingham. You will carry out a range of maintenance works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring and decoration, in customers' homes and to high standards.

You will manage jobs from inspection to completion, control materials, liaise with customers and uphold Right First Time delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Carpentry with associated trade skills of Flooring, Plastering, Tiling and Decoration
• Experience delivering multi-trade work and working in customers' homes
• Full driving licence is essential; DBS check required

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-skilled maintenance works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring and decoration
• Manage jobs from inspection through to completion and post-inspection
• Control materials and liaise with customers to ensure Right First-Time delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and keep jobs on track
