LiveWest is seeking a Building Labourer to support repairs, maintenance and cleaning across properties in Plymouth. The role includes carrying out various tasks, reporting defects, and keeping accurate records using the job system. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, safety-conscious approach are essential.

The position offers a company van for travel, PPE, and a benefits package including generous leave, pension contributions, healthcare options and mental health support.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Essential skills and experience for a level one role per the information pack.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, general cleaning, waste disposal and recycling at properties.
• Identify the extent and scope of reported defects and take corrective action after consultation.
• Work within defined processes to meet time frames set by the line manager, accountable for individual results.
• Collect and distribute materials and equipment for tasks and keep tools maintained and clean.
• Operate the electronic recording system for job orders, timesheets and progress tracking.
• Observe health and safety policies and procedures, promoting equal opportunities and customer care.
