LiveWest is seeking a skilled tradesperson for a mobile repairs post within its Internal Maintenance Service team. The role involves fault fixing and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling in customers’ homes, with a company van provided. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and no CoS is offered.

You will diagnose faults, aim for first-time fixes, comply with safety policies, and provide excellent customer service as a LiveWest ambassador on the road.

Formación

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in carpentry (core trade).
• Post-qualification experience in building trades.
• Experience with damp and mould is beneficial.
• Good health & safety awareness and practical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality fault fixing and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair basic building faults to best practice and service standards.
• Carry out work across carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling.
• Work towards first-time fixes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including fleet safety.
• Provide customer service and act as a LiveWest ambassador in customers' homes.
• Use mobile technology to manage job orders and updates.
• Support delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across LiveWest properties.
