Mitie Group plc. in London is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer – Plumbing & Mechanical Bias to support two diverse client sites, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance.

You'll work across luxury offices and busy warehouse operations, ensuring building services remain safe, compliant and operational while delivering excellent customer service to colleagues and clients. This role requires strong fault-finding and practical maintenance skills with a proactive health and safety

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with water systems, L8 water hygiene regimes, pumps, pressure vessels and TMV servicing.

Mansioni

• Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
• Carry out water hygiene activities, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, water tank inspections and flushing regimes.
• Maintain and repair plant and equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and closed-loop systems.
• Support small works projects, contractor management and compliance activities across both sites.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately recorded and compliant with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Call out rota 1 in 4
• Carry out additional tasks as requested

You'll play a key role in ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant and operational while providing excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
• Carry out water hygiene activities, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, water tank inspections and flushing regimes.
• Maintain and repair plant and equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and closed-loop systems.
• Support small works projects, contractor management and compliance activities across both sites.

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience working with water systems, L8 water hygiene regimes, pumps, pressure vessels and TMV servicing.
