Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in Bristol. You will perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance on Plant, Equipment and Building Services, and support site operations.

Role includes updating drawings, executing PMs, fault finding on diverse machinery, and providing expertise across Electrical/Mechanical disciplines. You may supervise contractors and tackle risk assessments, with potential overtime including nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship required.
• Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition / City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2.
• Mechanical qualifications to City & Guilds standard.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, drives and inverters.
• Able to fault find and supervise contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to client through site equipment and update drawings.
• Maintain plant, equipment and building services; perform PMs.
• Fault finding on various machinery and systems.
• Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise in maintenance.
• Write and follow risk assessments and permits.
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V and on motors/gearboxes.
• Liaise with onsite services to manage building issues; overtime may be required.
