Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team located in London. The role involves electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant, equipment and building services, ensuring safe and reliable operation on site.

The successful candidate will fault find on three‑phase systems, work with hydraulics and pneumatics, and write risk assessments and permits. A recognised apprenticeship or NVQ level 2 in electrical/mechanical is expected, with experience in

Qualifications

• recognised apprenticeship or time-served in maintenance
• electrical and mechanical qualifications up to 17th edition
• able to supervise contractors and write risk & method statements

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client through site equipment, update drawings, spares and maintenance programs
• Fault finding on all types of machinery and provide electrical/mechanical expertise
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V and with motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Use CAFM to project and complete works; plan daily tasks and communicate with site services
• Write and follow risk assessments; ensure compliance with rules and legislation
• Overtime requirement including nights/weekends; deputise shift leader when needed
