Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services. You will identify risks, update drawings and implement preventive maintenance programs while working with the client on maintenance requests.

You will fault-find on a range of machinery, support Health & Safety, and use CAFM to plan and document tasks. Expect work on 3-phase systems up to 440V and potential overtime including nights or

Qualifications

• Recognised or time-served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong manufacturing maintenance experience with fault-finding expertise.
• City and Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 or equivalent; 17th Edition qualification.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, drives, inverters; hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to supervise contractors and write risk/method statements.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
• Identify risks and update drawings, spares, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Use new equipment/technologies to maintain production environment; respond to requests for PPMs.
• Fault find on machinery; support Health & Safety in the dept; maintain documentation.
• Work on 3-phase systems up to 440V; service motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Utilise CAFM system on mobile devices to plan and complete works; liaise with onsite Site Services.
