CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services. You will identify risks, update drawings and drive the preventative maintenance program.

You will fault find on a range of machinery, support safety initiatives and work with heavy industrial machinery and overhead cranes. Documentation, CAFM usage and on-site liaison are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent
• Strong maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Electrical qualifications to 17th edition
• Mechanical qualifications to a standard
• Ability to fault find on complex systems
• Experience with 3‑phase motors/drives/inverters
• Ability to supervise contractors

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
• Identify risks and manage preventative maintenance improvements.
• Fault find on various machinery and support safety initiatives.
• Document work in CAFM system; update drawings as needed.
• Liaise with site services to resolve building services issues.
• Overtime or weekend work may be required.
