Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the maintenance team in London. The role involves Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of plant, equipment and building services within a production environment.

The successful candidate will identify risks, update drawings, improve maintenance programs, fault-find on machinery and support Health & Safety. Experience with 3-phase systems, cranes, and CAFM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised/apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance
• Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage client risks on site; update drawings and spares list
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services
• Fault finding on all types of machinery and support to Health and Safety
• Write Risk Assessments and Method Statements; supervise contractors as needed
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V; operate motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Plan daily tasks using CAFM; liaise with Site Services for building services issues
