Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd recruits a Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer for a leading facilities management contractor. The role covers planned and reactive FM maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators, and general building services.

You will act as site lead on air conditioning, perform diagnostics, prioritise workload, participate in out-of-hours call-outs, and complete documentation in line with H&S procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding
• Effectively prioritise your own workload
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work

As the Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Multi Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:
