Qualifications

• PPM and Reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
• Lead on air conditioning systems on site.
• Fault finding and diagnostics on building services.
• Prioritise workload and work independently.
• Support wider maintenance team when needed.

Responsabilités

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services
• Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding
• Effectively prioritise your own workload
• Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work
