You will diagnose faults, complete timely repairs and maintain thorough service logs. A full UK driving licence and willingness to join an on-call rota are essential to provide responsive maintenance coverage. This role offers varied daily tasks, working within FM teams to ensure safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• F-Gas and ODS regulations certification.
• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair split air conditioning systems, VRV and VRF systems, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to ensure equipment remains safe and operational.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial work records.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date service and maintenance logs.
• Work on specific refrigeration equipment when required, including chilled cabinets, multidecks and ice machines.

We are looking for an Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Service, maintain and repair split air conditioning systems, VRV and VRF systems, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to ensure equipment remains safe and operational.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial work records.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date service and maintenance logs.
• Work on specific refrigeration equipment when required, including chilled cabinets, multidecks and ice machines.

To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:

• Previous experience working within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Relevant qualifications, such as F-Gas and ODS regulations, a time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent (level 1,2, or 3 is accepted)
• Practical experience maintaining and repairing air conditioning equipment.
• A full, current UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
