Job summary

Rubix is recruiting a Mobilisation Specialist to join our UK team. Based in Portsmouth with travel and nights away, you will identify MRO components, tools and PPE on customer premises and upload correct IDs to Rubix databases under tight deadlines.

You will handle at least 75 items per day, cost and code products requiring identification, and support new site implementations. Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Ability to identify specific MRO components, tools, general maintenance items and PPE.
Professional customer-facing manner; act as ambassador.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional structure.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong process skills and systems knowledge with attention to timelines.
Willing to travel and stay away from home frequently.
Well organized and able to act on own initiative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
Identify at least 75 items per day and upload to Rubix databases with correct IDs.
Cost and code products that require identification.
Support new customer site implementations to meet scope.
Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects.
