Rubix is seeking a dynamic Mobilisation Specialist to join the team. The role involves identifying products on customer premises, ensuring accurate posting to Rubix databases, and meeting tight deadlines with high accuracy.

Travel, nights away, and some remote work are required where needed. Responsibilities include identifying 75 items per day, supporting new site implementations, and assisting with additional projects as directed by the Head of Mobilisation.

• Identify specific MRO components, tools and general maintenance items and PPE
• Maintain a professional customer-facing manner at all times
• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure
• Manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrate strong processes and systems knowledge with attention to detail
• Be flexible to travel and overnight stays
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word

• Completion of planned work within defined deadlines
• Identification of at least 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, with correct identification references
• Cost and code products that require identification
• Support new customer site implementations to complete the agreed scope of work
