Job summary

Rubix is hiring a Mobilisation Specialist to identify and catalogue products on customer premises with high accuracy. The role is permanent and full-time, involves travel and nights away from home, and may include some remote work where required.

You will identify MRO components, tools and PPE, uploading data to Rubix databases with precise references. Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Identify Specific MRO components, Tools and PPE.
• Strong customer facing manner and ambassadorial role.
• Ability to work in cross-functional structures and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify and document at least 75 items per day with correct references.
• Cost and code products requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations to meet scope.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects.
