Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Mobile Mechanical Engineer in Crawley for a client in the commercial maintenance sector. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance on split units, fan coils and AHUs, boiler checks, and basic plumbing tasks.

You will escort subcontractors and assist other engineers to ensure general compliance. Hours are 8-5, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £43K plus van, phone, iPad, tools, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical/plumbing with proven commercial maintenance experience.
• Based in Crawley with mobile engineer capability.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance on split units.
• Maintenance of fan coils and AHUs.
• Boiler checks and basic plumbing tasks.
• Addressing blockages and leak detection.
• Testing and servicing TMVs.
• Plant PMs and general compliance.
• Escorting subcontractors and assisting other engineers.

My client is a leading facilities provider. They are currently recruiting for a mobile mechanical engineer based in Crawley. You will have a mechanical/plumbing qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance
