Job summary

Coyle Personnel Ltd is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to operate across the Aberdeen area for a long-term temporary role with potential to go permanent. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial buildings, applying mechanical skills daily.

Key tasks include water treatment checks, AHU/FCU checks, basic plumbing, fire alarm tests, and temperature monitoring. Gas/FGAS training is beneficial, PVG check required, and van is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
• Industrial/mechanical skills with basic plumbing.
• Familiarity with AHU/FCU checks and fire alarm testing.
• Gas/FGAS training is a plus; PVG check required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial properties across the Aberdeen area.
• Perform temperature checks and water treatment tasks.
• Conduct AHU and FCU checks and basic plumbing works.
• Carry out fire alarm tests and other ad hoc duties as required.

Job description

Due to a new contact win, we're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in the Aberdeen area.

The Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial properties across the Aberdeen area.

Duties will include:

• tap temperature checks
• water treatment works
• basic plumbing works
• AHU and FCU checks
• fire alarm tests
• other ad hoc duties

Mechanical qualification essential.

Gas or F-Gas trained would be beneficial.

PVG check required - one can be applied for.

Previous experience within commercial building maintenance is essential.

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Long term temporary work with a view to going permanent.

Van provided.
