Job summary

Rydon is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join the NHS repairs and maintenance team based in Bristol. This mobile role covers several healthcare sites with a full UK driving licence required.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, including electrical and mechanical services, and participate in an out-of-hours rota. A competitive starting salary and company van with fuel card are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings.
• Experience within NHS environments is preferred but other commercial settings will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance, repairs of building, electrical and mechanical services, associated systems, plant and equipment.
• Carry out weekly/monthly PPMs such as emergency lighting testing, water temperature temps, weekly fire alarm testing.
• Planned upgrade works and refurbishment as part of ongoing safety improvements.
• Use the PDA to receive jobs, complete risk assessments, and close jobs in real time.
• Be part of the out of hours call out rota for emergency repairs and potential overtime.
