Job summary

BH Live is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support our general maintenance team covering Bournemouth and surrounding areas. You will perform basic building repairs and maintenance alongside the technical operations team.

The role requires a full driving licence and a proactive, team-oriented approach to deliver reactive and preventative maintenance services. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive, community-focused organisation.

Qualifications

To be competent at basic building repairs and maintenance.
A full driving licence.
Practical knowledge and experience of general building upkeep and maintenance.
Ability to safely & skillfully use hand & power tools
Work well as part of team.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high quality reactive and preventative maintenance service.
Carry out routine repairs & maintenance work and respond to faults reported through our technical tracker.
Assist and undertake building-related reactive, routine and planned maintenance programmes, including emergency repairs.
Maintain a solution focussed attitude when approaching repair and maintenance tasks.
Keep the technical team and duty managers informed of any problems affecting the centre or its day-to-day operation.
