Job summary

Keys is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Operative to join our team. The role involves performing general repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of care homes, schools, and residential sites, with travel between locations across Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester.

You will manage a variety of tasks, from carpentry and minor plumbing to decorating and safety-related duties, while coordinating with managers to prioritise on-site work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in joinery or carpentry preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance across care homes, schools, and residential sites.
• Supervise external contractors for larger tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and prioritize tasks with the Facilities Manager.
