Job summary

DK Recruitment is recruiting a Multi-Trade Operative to carry out a range of repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. You will work on occupied supported housing with a focus on high workmanship and customer service.

Experience across plumbing and carpentry is essential, with duties spanning bathroom and kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling, painting and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-trade or maintenance role.
• Willing to work in vulnerable tenants properties.
• Competent in plumbing and carpentry.
• Full, current UK driving licence.
• Able to pass a DBS check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of repairs and maintenance across residential properties.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance with high workmanship.
• Visit occupied supported housing properties and liaise with tenants.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
