Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is sourcing a Mobile Maintenance Technician for commercial sites. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, ensuring L8 compliance, TMV and temperature checks, and supporting engineers with daily tasks.

The position offers 8:00–17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to $42,000 per year, plus a van, uniform, tools and other benefits. Parking is available at all sites and the role provides ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required or equivalent experience.
• Proven maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• Experience with TMV checks and L8 compliance is a plus.

• Conduct TMV and temperature checks for safety compliance.
• Change lamps and lights, clean filters on split and FCU units.

Mobile Maintenance Technician

My client is currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance technician. If you have a trade qualification that would be great, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PPMs) on temporary taps, including tests and flushing.
• Ensure L8 compliance and conduct TMV checks and temperature checks.
• Change lamps and lights.
• Clean filters in split and fan coil units.
• Perform basic maintenance and assist engineers with day-to-day maintenance duties.

Hours: 8:00–5:00 Monday to Friday.

Salary up to $42,000 per year, with van, uniform, tools, and additional benefits.
