Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is recruiting a commercial maintenance mechanical/plumber for a Bristol contract. You will bring City and Guilds/NVQ or equivalent with a proven background in commercial maintenance.

Duties include ppm and reactive maintenance on pumps, actuators, strainers, 3 port valves, pipe work and motor checks; basic AHU checks and belt changes. You will escort sub-contractors and collaborate with other engineers. 8-5, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Qualified plumbing or mechanical trades with City & Guilds/NVQ.
• Proven background in commercial maintenance.
• Experience in ppm and reactive maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform ppm and reactive maintenance on pumps, actuators, strainers and valves.
• Carry out plant checks, pipe work and motor checks; belt changes.
• Escort sub-contractors and liaise with engineers; maintain daily admin.

Mobile Maintenance Mechanical/Plumber Bristol

I am currently recruiting for a commercial maintenance mechanical/plumber for a contract within Bristol. You will have your plumbing or mechanical qualifications city and guilds, nvq's or equivalent with a proven background in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance on pumps, actuators, strainers, 3 port valves, plant checks, pipe work, plant checks on motors, basic checks on ahu's, changing belts, as well as escorting sub-contractors, general admin and working with other engineers.

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday

Salary is 43K plus van, phone, tablet, uniform and much more.
