Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, testing, and fault-finding within commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations.
• Ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems.
• Respond to plant and equipment failures and perform repairs.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and water system logbooks.
