Job summary

Nova Artes Engineering in Bristol is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across our commercial sites.

Based in Bristol and covering surrounding areas, you will perform PPM tasks, diagnose faults, complete inspections & testing, and maintain service records while upholding health & safety standards. A practical, independent worker with the relevant qualifications will thrive.

Qualifications

• Essential City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Essential 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Essential 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing.
• Experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently.
• Complete inspection & testing in line with current regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards at all times.
• Represent the company professionally while on client sites.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and self-motivated Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing maintenance team. Based in Bristol, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of commercial sites.

This is a mobile role offering door-to-door travel pay and a company vehicle with personal use, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and values a great work-life balance.
