Job summary
Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our established engineering team. You will work across a portfolio of client sites performing planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs to keep electrical systems safe and compliant.
The role offers support from a wider FM team, training and progression opportunities, and an out-of-hours callout rota with standby payments.
Qualifications
- Qualified mobile engineer with electrical bias in FM/building services.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and regulations.
- Experience with planned and reactive maintenance across client sites.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPMe and reactive maintenance across client sites.
- Perform electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
- Maintain electrical systems, lighting, small power and switchgear.
- Support HVAC and other mechanical/electrical systems as needed.
- Respond to BMS alarms and document activities and compliance.
