- Qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
- Experience maintaining commercial building services
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and building services.
- Fault-find and diagnose issues across HVAC plant and equipment.
- Respond to plant failures and carry out repairs.
- Record logs and compliance data in CAFM system (simPRO).
- Support on-site specialist subcontractors and monitor service delivery.
- Ensure safety and build positive client relationships.
