Job summary

City Facilities Management Ltd. seeks a Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST) based in Cannock. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations, acting as the first line of contact for maintenance issues and ensuring safety and compliance across all tasks.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2, City & Guilds 18th Edition and AM2/2391, with experience in catering/equipment and a 1:4 standby rota. A full driving license is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 (essential)
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (essential)
• AM2 / 2391 (essential)

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and paperwork.
• Respond to service calls from Helpdesk and assess repair requirements.
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise on replacements.
• Carry out surveys and prepare reports for City management.
