Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover Home Counties sites, including Woking/Weybridge. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across multiple locations as the first line of contact for maintenance issues.

Training is provided for catering equipment and standby attendance may be required. You will complete technical repairs, PPMs and compliance paperwork, maintaining high standards in a cost-efficient and safe manner in line with

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include electrical installation/maintenance NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, City and Guilds 18th Edition, AM2/2391.
• Experience with catering/bakery equipment training is referenced.
• On-call standby accreditation training is noted in compensation details.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to meet timescales and complete all PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales and ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Respond to service calls, assess requirements, and carry out repairs as needed.
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise on replacements.
• Inform the on-site customer about repair/maintenance issues affecting operations.
• Carry out surveys and report to management.
• Maintain standards of quality with customer and site staff.
• Carry out minor alterations or installations within technical competence.
• Perform general repairs on catering/bakery assets and ensure compliance documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at all times and maintain good relationships.

Education

NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
