Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST) to cover Cannock sites. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, with on-call standby and extensive paperwork for compliance.

You will handle electrical and some catering/bakery equipment work, complete PPM schedules, and maintain safety standards. A full driving licence and PDA familiarity are expected, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 (essential)
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (essential)
• AM2 / 2391 (essential)

Responsibilities

• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to meet timescales and complete PPMs
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance within agreed timescales
• Respond to Helpdesk requests and perform repairs where required
• Identify faults and advise on replacements to Line Manager
• Maintain compliance paperwork and uphold health & safety standards
• Carry out surveys and prepare reports for City management
