Formación

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2360/2330 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Minimum three years' electrical maintenance experience in facilities management, commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, education or public sector environments.
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic ability across electrical systems.
• Experience delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid CSCS or CSR Card.
• Knowledge of CAFM and electronic job management systems.
• Confidence using smartphones, tablets and maintenance management software.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple client sites.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and to a high standard.
• Complete electrical inspections, testing and certification where required.
• Carry out routine checks and remedial works.
• Support general building maintenance and multi-skilled activities when required.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Record and close PPM and reactive jobs using computer-based systems.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and maintenance records.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and stock in a safe, tidy condition.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota as required.
• Work in line with Permit-to-Work, Safe Systems of Work, risk assessments and all relevant health and safety procedures.

About you

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or an equivalent electrical qualification
